I want to thank you and IDS for your consistent excellence in caring for my Dad.

I do not live in Florida and fortunately I found IDS In Home Care. From day one you and your staff have been supportive, professional and understanding in the issues with my father. I am able to contact you anytime and I will get an immediate response. I also appreciate all of the times you made personal visits to my father to make sure he was getting the best of care.

My father’s caretake is exceptional. My father raves about her. Here in Michigan my friends ask how is everything in Florida. I am able to tell them I am very lucky to have found IDS In Home Care for my Dad. I can live worry free knowing my Dad is getting the best of care. Jeff, you made everything much easier for both me and my sister.

I’m so excited to share how thankful I am to Jeff Stern and my caregiver from IDS In-Home Care! They came to my rescue back in September 2017 and have become an extension of my family. My IDS Caregiver helps me to shower daily, make my bed, prepare my meals, take me food shopping, do light house cleaning and the laundry. She is a gem, always on time, and her manner and demeanor make me feel safe and loved. I also love her sense of humor.

In October 2015 my mom had a medical scare. My mom’s neighbor recommended I call Jeff Stern at IDS In Home Care and it has turned out to be a referral of a lifetime! I contacted Jeff and knew instantly that he understood my needs and could calm the waters!

I cannot really find the words to say how wonderful Jeff and his team of professional caregivers are. They are highly competent, comforting and and caring, endlessly patient and reassuring- they become family. Mom still proudly displays her little soft teddy bear that Jeff brought her on that first visit! It is symbolic of the caring relationship that has developed since. I cannot praise and thank them enough.
